Kari Katapodis

Kari began adopting mindfulness techniques and becoming more connected to nature during her personal path towards recovery from anxiety and co-dependency. The success she had inspired her to share these tools that are naturally available to us all. It organically became her purpose in life to show people how to unlock their own personal inner peace and resiliency through mindfulness and how to feel more grounded through reconnecting themselves to nature. To do so, Kari became a Certified Mindfulness Coach and Positive Habits Practitioner. In 2020, she obtained a certificate in Eco-Therapy practices to supplement her BA in Psychology. Kari approaches life with an open heart and teaches mindfulness in a fun-loving and practical way. When she’s not at the studio, good luck trying to find her while she’s out wandering in the woods with her kids.
