FLOW CLASSES
In Vinyasa style classes, students move through a flowing sequence of postures coordinated with the breath for the purpose of increasing body heat, creating space in the body, and building strength.
Hatha Classes
Hatha yoga differs from Vinyasa in terms of pace and purpose: Hatha focuses on slowing down the pace of the flow in service of honing alignment and building deeper strength and stability in postures.
