Join Edie Sunday afternoons for an hour of movement, listening to our aches and pains to learn how to breathe with them and be kind to our bodies. Whether it is a rotator cuff or tender back, we can find ways to be and do both gently and effectively to engender healing. She says: “no pain, no pain” as a guideline. She too lives with issues that are teaching her other ways to move. Using therapeutic massage balls, tennis balls, straps and other props to enhance our practice, we will massage the joints, release the aches and slow the mind.
