Step into your yoga journey with Intro to Flow, a beginner-friendly 4-week series that combines a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Combining the grounding elements of Hatha with the gentle transitions of Vinyasa, this class helps you find rhythm, confidence, and fluidity in your practice. Over four weeks, you’ll deepen your connection to breath and movement, cultivating both strength and mindfulness.
About Morgan
Morgan Kilduff is a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga since 2017. After discovering yoga as a tool for stress management, anxiety relief, and overall well-being, Morgan felt called to share the practice of yoga with her community and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Yoga Center of Columbia in 2025. Morgan loves to practice Hatha & Vinyasa styles of yoga, and believes that yoga is a practice that can and should be accessible to every body.
